Membership purchased
The One-Year Pack provides one family membership for 12 months. The Three-Year Pack Pass and VIP Pack Pass provide one family membership for 36 months. Each term begins on the official activation date announced by Stockyard Social. A presale purchase is not an investment, ownership interest, charitable contribution or promise of financial return.
Presale prices
The One-Year Pack is $499, the Three-Year Pack Pass is $899 and the VIP Pack Pass is $1,499 unless another written offer is shown at checkout. A purchaser choosing 50% down must pay the remaining balance within 30 days. Membership will not be fully activated until the entire purchase price is received.
Activation and opening
The current target public opening is November 15, 2026. The applicable 12- or 36-month membership term begins on the official activation date, not the purchase date. Construction, licensing, approvals and other circumstances may change opening dates. Stockyard Social will communicate material changes using the purchaser’s contact information.
Included benefits
Benefits are those stated on the purchase page at the time of sale, subject to the limitations disclosed there. Recovery Yard credits relate to a planned future phase and begin only when that facility is built, approved and available. Members may share a personal invitation link that provides one complimentary first visit for a new guest dog after profile approval. One-Year and Three-Year Pack members receive two Returning Guest Dog Passes each month. VIP members receive four Returning Guest Dog Passes each month. Guest passes may be used for approved dogs that have already used their complimentary first visit. No more than one complimentary returning guest dog may be admitted per membership per day, and the same guest household may use one pass every seven days. Unused passes expire monthly, do not roll over and have no cash value. A new dog’s one-time complimentary first visit is separate and does not use a monthly pass. Human guests enter the general campus free once public access begins. All guest-dog access remains subject to capacity, profiles, waivers, health and behavior requirements, and private or separately ticketed event restrictions. Comparable substitutions may be offered when a product or benefit is unavailable.
Referral Pack Points
A referring member may earn Pack Points when a person using that member’s personal invitation link completes an eligible paid membership purchase and the applicable cancellation period has ended. Creating a profile or redeeming a complimentary first visit does not by itself earn referral points. Point values, redemption options and anti-abuse limits will be displayed in the app and may change prospectively. Referral points have no cash value.
Past Clubhound memberships
Stockyard Social is a separate new business and is not a continuation of, successor to or purchaser of Clubhound. As a voluntary good-faith community commitment, Stockyard Social intends to honor verified time remaining on active Clubhound memberships as Standard Stockyard Membership access. Pack pricing, cooler bonuses, Recovery Yard credits, VIP event credits and other new Pack Perks are not included unless the member separately purchases an eligible upgrade.
Family use and transfer
The membership is intended for the purchaser’s household and up to four registered household dogs unless Stockyard approves a larger household in advance. One responsible adult may supervise no more than two dogs at one time. Personal memberships may not be used for commercial dog walking, boarding or rescue groups, or dogs from multiple households. Guest, sharing and transfer rights are limited to benefits expressly identified as shareable. The core membership may not be resold or transferred without written approval.
Rules and eligibility
People enter the general campus free once public access begins; dogs require a dog day pass, Pack Pass or eligible VIP guest benefit. Facility and off-leash entry require compliance with posted rules, approved dog profiles, veterinary documentation, waivers, conduct standards and applicable laws. Cabanas, Recovery Yard services, food and beverages, select events, reservations and other premium experiences may have additional costs. Stockyard Social may suspend or terminate access for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent or seriously disruptive behavior.
Program changes
Operating hours, vendors, programming, menus, spaces and specific offers may change. Stockyard Social will not materially reduce the core membership solely to avoid delivering the purchased value.
Cancellation and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. If Stockyard Social definitively cancels the Garden City facility before activation, it will provide a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Electronic communications
You consent to receiving transaction, membership, opening and policy communications electronically at the email address associated with your purchase.
