Our dog-entry policies are being finalized with veterinary, insurance and legal guidance. The requirements below are our planned opening standards and may be refined before November 15.
Membership & value
What is The Stockyard?
The Stockyard is an off-leash, dog-inclusive social club—not simply a dog bar or a traditional dog park. It brings coffee, cocktails, food, markets, events, coworking, wellness and community together on one campus. People are welcome with or without a dog. Approved dogs can join their people throughout designated dog-inclusive spaces and enjoy off-leash play in The Yard.
Is Stockyard Social just Clubhound reopening?
No. We loved what Clubhound built and we’re keeping the off-leash dog experience, but Stockyard Social is a new business with a bigger plan: a nearly 2.4-acre social campus with Morning Club, the Clubhouse, the Greenbelt Watering Hole, the Market, events and coworking, plus the Loft, Recovery Yard and Cabana District in later phases. Is the dog yard still a big part of Stockyard?
Yes. The Yard is the heart of the campus. People are welcome to come for coffee, drinks or events without a dog, but off-leash play for approved dogs is central to everything we’re building. We’re simply creating more around it.
Why build more than a dog yard?
Several experiences around the property let us keep investing in The Yard and the dog community while building a business sustainable enough to be here for years. It also means more reasons to use your membership, whether you come for the dogs, the drinks, the game, a workday or your friends.
Do I need to bring a dog?
Not at all. The Stockyard is a social club for the whole community. Come for coffee, food, drinks, markets, events, coworking, wellness or time with friends. Dogs are enthusiastically included, but never required.
Why does The Stockyard have a membership?
A safe, dog-inclusive community begins with knowing which dogs are entering shared spaces. Membership helps us verify participating dogs, manage The Yard and build a safer, more connected community. Optional Pack Passes add rotating partner offers and benefits tied to the level purchased.
What is the core admission rule?
People enter free. Dogs require a dog day pass or Pack Pass. This applies once general public access begins. Every visiting dog must have an approved profile before entering. Cabanas, Recovery Yard services, food and beverages, select events, reservations and other premium experiences may have additional costs.
What membership options are available?
The One-Year Pack is $499 for 12 months. The Three-Year Pack Pass is $899 for 36 months. The VIP Pack Pass is $1,499 for 36 months. Every Pack Pass covers all adults who live at the member’s address, their household children and up to four registered household dogs. VIP also adds a flexible guest benefit, expanded future Recovery Yard credits, annual VIP event credits, priority access and VIP-only invitations. Standard monthly membership is planned at $45. How many dogs does one Pack Pass cover?
Your whole pack is welcome. One Pack Pass covers up to four registered dogs from the member’s household at no additional membership charge. Each dog must have its own approved app profile before entering. One responsible adult may supervise no more than two dogs at a time. Households with more than four dogs may contact us for advance review.
Can I use a personal Pack Pass for dogs outside my household?
No. A personal Pack Pass is for registered dogs from one household. It may not be used for commercial dog walking, boarding groups, rescue groups or dogs from multiple households. A visiting dog may use an approved dog day pass or an eligible VIP guest benefit.
When does my membership term start?
Your term begins on the official membership activation date, not the day you purchase. The current target is November 15, 2026. If construction or licensing changes that date, your full 12- or 36-month term still begins when membership access officially activates.
What happens to my Clubhound membership?
Stockyard Social is a new business—not a continuation of, or takeover of, Clubhound. We are choosing to honor verified time remaining on active Clubhound memberships as Standard Stockyard Membership access in good faith and to help rebuild the community people loved here. You do not have to buy a new pass. New Pack pricing, future Recovery Yard credits, cooler bonuses and VIP benefits are optional upgrades and are not included in the honored Standard Membership.
Can I pay in two installments?
Yes. Choose 50% down at checkout; the remaining balance is due within 30 days of the first payment. Membership is not fully activated until the entire purchase price is received.
Can I share or transfer my membership?
Your Pack Pass covers everyone who lives at your address. See Your Pack & household access. Certain benefits, including Recovery Yard credits, may be shared with a partner, friend or guest. The membership itself may not be resold or transferred without written approval.
How does a new guest dog receive a free first visit?
Members may share their personal invitation link with friends. Every new guest dog receives one complimentary first visit after its Stockyard profile, health records and waiver are completed and approved. Human guests enter free. The complimentary first visit is limited to one per dog and household and remains subject to capacity, operating hours and event restrictions.
Do members receive passes for returning guest dogs?
Yes. One-Year and Three-Year Pack members receive two Returning Guest Dog Passes each month for approved dogs that have already used their complimentary first visit. Monthly passes expire and do not roll over. They have no cash value and remain subject to capacity, health, behavior and event requirements.
How do referral Pack Points work?
When someone follows a member’s personal link and later purchases an eligible membership, the referring member earns referral Pack Points after the new member’s cancellation period ends. The point amount and eligible rewards will be shown in the app. Creating a profile or using a complimentary first visit by itself does not earn referral Pack Points.
How does the VIP guest-dog benefit work?
VIP members receive four Returning Guest Dog Passes each month—twice the standard member benefit. They may be used for approved guest dogs that have already used their complimentary first visit. Only one complimentary returning guest dog may be admitted per VIP membership per day, and the same guest household may use one pass every seven days. Unused passes expire monthly and do not roll over. A new dog’s one-time complimentary first visit is separate and does not use a monthly pass. Every dog must meet profile, vaccination, health, behavior and waiver requirements, and access remains subject to capacity and event restrictions.
What is the difference between Pack Points and Pack Perks?
Pack Points are rewards that members and guests can earn through eligible purchases at Stockyard Social or online. Pack Perks are benefits reserved for eligible members, such as member pricing, rotating partner offers, early access and special privileges. There are no “Perk Points”—the two program names are Pack Points and Pack Perks.
Your Pack & household access
Does everyone in my household need their own membership?
No. One Pack Pass covers your whole household Pack: all adults who live at your address, their household children and up to four registered household dogs. That includes a partner, adult children who live at home, parents or other relatives who live with you. We may ask to confirm that household members share your address.
Who is not part of my household?
Friends, neighbors and relatives who live somewhere else are not household members. They are always welcome to visit with you as guests, and guest dogs can use a complimentary first visit or a Returning Guest Dog Pass.
Can more than one person use our Pack Pass?
Yes. Your Pack Pass belongs to your household Pack, not just to the person who bought it. Each adult in your household will be able to have their own My Stockyard login and digital member ID while sharing the same membership, registered dogs and Pack Points, so no one needs to share passwords or phones. The purchaser manages the Pack and will be able to invite the other adults who live there.
Does each adult get their own benefits?
Everyone in your household enjoys the membership, but benefits with a set quantity belong to the Pack Pass, not to each person. Recovery Yard credits, Returning Guest Dog Passes, VIP event credits and your Cooler Club cooler are shared by the household, no matter how many adults live there.
How do Pack Points work with more than one person?
Pack Points belong to your household Pack. Points any household member earns go into the shared balance, and redemptions come from that same balance. Because each adult will have their own profile, you’ll also be able to see who earned or redeemed points.
Can my kids have their own Stockyard profile?
Yes. Kids will be able to have a Pack Kid profile connected to your household, with their own name, avatar and Dog Universe progress for games, challenges and kid-friendly activities. Younger kids’ profiles will be managed by a parent or guardian, and older kids with their own phone will be able to have a linked login. Parent or guardian controls will keep membership changes, payments and other adult-only features with the adults. Children follow the same age rules for the off-leash yard as every other child.
Will my kids earn their own Pack Points?
Kids will be able to earn points through eligible Dog Universe activities. Those points go into your household’s shared Pack Points balance, so the whole family plays together while each person keeps their own profile.
What if a dog sitter or caregiver brings my dog?
You’ll be able to name an Authorized Handler, such as a dog sitter, relative who lives elsewhere or caregiver, and give them permission to bring specific registered dogs from your household when you aren’t there. They won’t need one of your guest passes or your login. Every Authorized Handler will need their own Stockyard profile and signed waiver, and the usual rules apply: one adult may supervise no more than two dogs at a time.
Does an Authorized Handler become a member?
No. An Authorized Handler receives only the access you give them. They don’t receive your membership benefits, Pack Points, Cooler Club access or account information. You’ll choose which dogs they may bring and can remove their access at any time.
Can I give a sitter temporary access?
Yes. You’ll be able to give access for a set period, like a day, a weekend or a vacation, or keep a regular caregiver authorized until you remove them.
Can a professional dog walker use Authorized Handler access?
No. Authorized Handler access is for the registered dogs of one household. It can’t be used for commercial dog walking, boarding groups, rescue groups or bringing dogs from more than one household.
What’s the difference between a guest and an Authorized Handler?
A guest doesn’t live with you and comes to enjoy The Stockyard with you. An Authorized Handler is someone you trust to bring your registered dogs when you aren’t there. A household member lives at your address and is already part of your Pack.
Dog health & entry requirements
What does my dog need to enter the off-leash yard?
- Be at least 16 weeks old and have completed the age-appropriate puppy vaccination series
- Have an approved Stockyard dog profile and signed waiver
- Have current veterinarian-verified vaccination or immunity documentation
- Be healthy, symptom-free and without known recent exposure to contagious illness
- Be appropriately socialized for shared group play
- Be spayed or neutered if 12 months or older, unless an approved veterinary exception applies
- Be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee continued yard access. Every dog must demonstrate behavior appropriate for a shared social setting during every visit.
Which vaccinations are required?
Our planned shared off-leash standard requires current, veterinarian-documented Rabies and core Distemper/Parvo protection (often listed as DHPP, DAPP or DA2PP), plus Bordetella on the interval recommended by your veterinarian. Additional requirements may be adopted with our veterinary advisor for a high-contact social environment. Leptospirosis and canine influenza should be discussed with your veterinarian based on health, lifestyle and exposure risk. Final requirements remain subject to veterinary, legal and insurance review.
How do I submit vaccination records?
Upload your dog’s records when creating their Stockyard profile. Records should show your dog’s name, vaccines administered and expiration or renewal dates. Once approved, the profile will show that your dog is cleared for entry. Off-leash access pauses when a required record expires and resumes after updated documentation is approved.
Can I administer my dog’s vaccinations myself?
Owner-administered vaccines are not accepted by themselves for shared off-leash access because product handling, administration and protection cannot be independently verified. If you vaccinated at home, ask your licensed veterinarian to review the history and provide acceptable vaccination, immunity or individualized-plan documentation.
What if my dog follows an alternative vaccination plan or has a medical exemption?
Do not sign a waiver in place of submitting health records. Upload one of the following for Veterinary Review: a medical exemption signed by a licensed veterinarian, veterinarian-reviewed titer results where legally and medically appropriate, or a veterinarian-signed individualized vaccination plan confirming the dog is appropriate for a shared social environment. Approval is not automatic, and additional safety restrictions may apply. Stockyard plans to require current veterinarian-documented rabies protection except where an exception is legally recognized and approved through this process.
What will my dog’s health-review status show?
The app is being designed to show one of five statuses: Approved, Awaiting records, Veterinary review, Temporarily restricted or Expired. Only dogs with current approval may enter shared off-leash areas.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
Our planned standard is that dogs 12 months and older must be spayed or neutered to use shared off-leash areas. A documented veterinary exception may be reviewed when delaying the procedure is medically or developmentally appropriate. Female dogs in heat may not enter the off-leash yard.
Can my dog visit if they are sick?
Please keep your dog home if they have coughing, repeated sneezing, nasal or eye discharge, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, unusual lethargy, appetite loss, fleas, ticks, an unexplained skin condition or known exposure to a contagious canine illness. Veterinary clearance may be required before returning after a contagious illness.
Safe social play
Are there breed restrictions?
Our planned policy is breed-neutral. Dogs are evaluated according to health, behavior and suitability for shared play—not appearance or breed label. Any dog exhibiting threatening, persistently reactive or unsafe behavior may be asked to take a break or leave, regardless of breed or size. Final admission rules remain subject to insurance requirements.
Does my dog need a temperament test?
Every new dog will have an introductory check-in and may be observed while entering the social environment. A more formal evaluation may be required if a dog appears fearful, overwhelmed, reactive or uncomfortable. Behavior can change from day to day, so previous admission does not guarantee that group play is appropriate during every visit.
What behavior is not appropriate for the yard?
We may interrupt play for aggression, repeated bullying or targeting, persistent mounting, resource guarding, an inability to disengage when redirected, excessive fear or distress, or repeatedly ignoring another dog’s request for space. A break or removal is not a judgment about whether someone has a “good dog.” Group play simply is not the right environment for every dog on every day.
Who supervises my dog?
You do. Stockyard team members help monitor the environment, but they are not a substitute for active owner supervision. Stay aware of your dog’s location, body language and interactions. Dogs may not be left unattended while their person eats, works, shops or leaves the property.
How many dogs can one adult bring?
One adult handler may supervise a maximum of two dogs in shared off-leash areas.
Can a guest bring a dog?
Yes, but every dog—member or guest—must be registered, have approved records and meet the same health and behavior requirements before entering an off-leash area. There are no one-time exceptions for vaccination, health or safety standards.
What happens if my dog is asked to leave?
Depending on what occurred, our team may use a brief reset, a leashed break, end the visit or pause off-leash access. Serious or repeated incidents may require a behavior evaluation or result in suspension. Membership does not override health and safety standards.
Visiting The Stockyard
Can I visit without a dog?
Absolutely. Once general public access begins, people enter the campus free and do not need to bring a dog. Come for coffee, food, drinks, events, the Market, coworking or time with your people. Cabanas, Recovery Yard services, food and beverages, select events, reservations and other premium experiences may have additional costs. Access to individual areas may also vary by age, event and operating hours.
Are dogs welcome in the evening?
Yes. Sunday through Wednesday evenings remain dog-inclusive during regular operating hours. Thursday through Saturday after 7 p.m., the indoor Clubhouse and Greenbelt Watering Hole become dog-free, 21+ spaces for Stockyard After Dark. The Yard remains open to members and approved dogs during those evenings unless a special event requires a temporary schedule change. We will notify members in advance whenever practical.
Are children allowed and included with membership?
Yes. Household children are included with the family’s membership and are welcome during regular family-friendly hours. Children are welcome in designated family and people-focused areas. Our proposed safety standard is that children under 12 do not enter the shared off-leash yard. Guests ages 12–17 must stay immediately beside a supervising adult and follow all yard instructions. Designated adult-only hours and special-event schedule changes will be posted in advance. The final age standard will be confirmed with our insurance carrier before opening.
Does a human guest need a day pass if they are not bringing a dog?
No. People enter the general campus free once public access begins. Separately ticketed events, reservations and premium experiences may have their own pricing. A guest bringing a dog must use a dog day pass, Pack Pass or eligible VIP guest benefit, and the dog must be approved before entering an off-leash area.
Can I bring food, treats or toys into the yard?
Outside dog treats, food and toys must stay out of shared off-leash areas because they can trigger guarding, crowding or conflict. People food belongs in designated dining areas. Stockyard-provided enrichment may be introduced during supervised activities.
When should my dog be leashed?
Dogs must remain leashed outside designated off-leash areas, including entrances, exits, parking areas and people-only spaces. Leashes and prong, choke or pinch collars should be removed inside the off-leash yard. Dogs should retain a properly fitted flat collar or harness with identification.
When does Stockyard Social open?
The current target opening is November 15, 2026. The main campus opens in phases. The upstairs Loft lounge is planned for the new year, and the Recovery Yard and Cabana District belong to later phases. Construction, licensing and inspection schedules may affect every date.
Purchases, refunds & reservations
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of purchase, in full, as long as you have not redeemed a membership benefit. Email hello@stockyardsocial.com from the purchaser’s address. After that period, presale payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How does the $10 cabana hold work?
$10 holds your spot and becomes Stockyard credit when you arrive. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and the credit remains available; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the hold. Reservations are not live yet—join the Cabana first-access list to receive booking news.
Is the Recovery Yard open now?
Not yet. Recovery Yard credits begin when that experience is built, approved and available. Timing and booking details will be announced to members.
Can these requirements change?
Yes. Requirements may evolve based on veterinary guidance, local health conditions, operating experience, legal standards and insurance requirements. Members will receive notice of material changes whenever practical.
